Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Seeras, the Deep Report, and Reputational Intelligence.

About Seeras
What is Seeras?
Seeras is a reputational intelligence company that helps executives measure, monitor, and manage their organization's reputation across four pillars: legal, media, local, and employer. Founded in 2020 by Peter Guillon, Seeras delivers AI-powered diagnostics through its proprietary Deep Report, which cross-references dozens of heterogeneous sources to detect Reputational Dissonances invisible in single-source analysis.
What is Reputational Intelligence?
Reputational Intelligence is the systematic analysis of an organization's perception across multiple independent sources to produce actionable governance insights. Unlike social listening or media monitoring, Reputational Intelligence crosses legal, media, local, and employer data to identify Dissonances between what an organization communicates and what external sources reveal.
Who is behind Seeras?
Seeras was founded by Peter Guillon, who brings 28 years of operational leadership at organizations generating $200M to $500M in annual revenue, including Promotrans, Rubis/Vitogaz, and Engie/Cofely. The Deep Report methodology was born from his firsthand experience that governance decisions are consistently made without integrating the reputational dimension.
Where is Seeras based?
Seeras Technologies LLC is based in the United States. The company also operates Exelvys, a consulting practice serving the French market. Both entities share the same Deep Report technology, adapted to their respective markets.
How is Seeras different from social listening or media monitoring tools?
Seeras does not monitor social media feeds or track brand mentions in real time. The Deep Report cross-references dozens of sources across four distinct pillars (legal, media, local, employer) to detect Reputational Dissonances that single-source tools cannot identify. The output is a structured governance diagnostic, not a feed of mentions.
Deep Report
What is a Deep Report?
The Deep Report is Seeras' proprietary reputational intelligence diagnostic. It cross-references over 100 sources across four pillars (legal, media, local, employer) through 84 analysis steps and delivers results in minutes. The output is a triplex: an interactive email with built-in dashboard, an executive PDF synthesis, and a board-ready PPTX.
What is the Reputational Resilience Index?
The Reputational Resilience Index is a composite score that measures an organization's ability to maintain reputational coherence across the four pillars. It is calculated through cross-source analysis and is always accompanied by a confidence interval. A higher index indicates a more coherent and resilient reputational position.
What are Reputational Dissonances?
Reputational Dissonances are measurable gaps detected when signals from different sources contradict each other. For example, when client satisfaction scores are high but employee reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction, the Deep Report flags this as a Dissonance. These gaps are invisible when sources are analyzed in isolation.
What is the Strategic Roadmap?
The Strategic Roadmap is a prioritized action plan delivered with every Deep Report. It organizes recommended actions across three time horizons: short-term (0-30 days), medium-term (30-90 days), and long-term (90-180 days). Each action is tied to a specific reputational pillar and ranked by estimated impact on the Resilience Index.
What editions of the Deep Report exist?
The Deep Report is available in two editions. The CEO Edition focuses on governance, fiduciary risk, and strategic positioning, with a weighting that emphasizes legal and media pillars. The CHRO Edition focuses on employer brand attractiveness and talent retention, with a weighting that emphasizes local and employer pillars. Both editions use the same technology and analytical rigor.
Methodology
How does the Deep Report analysis work?
The Deep Report collects data from over 100 sources across four reputational pillars through 84 automated analysis steps. An AI engine cross-references these signals to identify Reputational Dissonances, calculate the Resilience Index with confidence interval, and generate the Strategic Roadmap. The entire process completes in minutes with no questionnaire or human intervention required.
What are the four reputational pillars?
The four pillars are Legal (proceedings, regulatory compliance, litigation history), Media (press coverage, tonality, visibility), Local (territorial perception, community standing, local presence), and Employer (employee reviews, candidate perception, internal culture signals). The Deep Report analyzes all four simultaneously to detect cross-pillar Dissonances.
How is the Reputational Resilience Index calculated?
The Index is a weighted composite of scores across the four pillars. The weighting depends on the edition: the CEO Edition applies Legal 25%, Media 30%, Local 20%, Employer 25%, while the CHRO Edition applies Legal 20%, Media 20%, Local 35%, Employer 25%. Every score is accompanied by a confidence interval that reflects data availability and source reliability.
What sources does the Deep Report analyze?
The Deep Report analyzes dozens of heterogeneous sources including legal databases, press archives, review platforms (Google, Glassdoor, Indeed), local directories, regulatory filings, and AI-generated summaries. The strength of the analysis lies in the cross-referencing of these sources, not in any single data point.
Is the analysis reproducible?
Yes. The Deep Report delivers identical results when run on the same organization at the same point in time. This reproducibility is a core differentiator from traditional audits, which depend on consultant interpretation. It also makes the Quarterly Monitoring meaningful, as quarter-over-quarter comparisons are methodologically consistent.
Pricing and Access
How much does a Deep Report cost?
Pricing information is available during the checkout process. You can request a diagnostic directly from the CEO Edition or CHRO Edition page, or contact Peter Guillon for a conversation about your specific needs.
Is there a free trial or sample report?
Seeras does not offer a free trial. Each Deep Report requires significant computational resources across 84 analysis steps and over 100 sources. You can schedule a conversation with the Founder to discuss your organization's specific reputational context before ordering.
What is the Founder Offer?
The Founder Offer provides early access to the Deep Report at launch pricing, limited to 10 spots per edition. Founder members receive the complete triplex plus a 30-minute strategic debrief with Peter Guillon and priority access to product enhancements.
What is included in Quarterly Monitoring?
Quarterly Monitoring delivers a new Deep Report every quarter with updated Resilience Index, Dissonance tracking (resolved, persistent, emerging), and a refreshed Strategic Roadmap. It allows you to measure reputational progress over time and detect emerging risks before they materialize.
Can I order both CEO and CHRO editions for the same organization?
Yes. Many organizations benefit from both perspectives. The CEO Edition provides the governance and strategic view, while the CHRO Edition provides the talent and employer brand view. The two reports use the same underlying data but apply different analytical lenses and weightings.
Security and Privacy
How is my company data protected?
Seeras processes only publicly available data. No internal or confidential company information is required or collected. The analysis relies exclusively on external sources (public records, published reviews, press archives, regulatory filings). Your Deep Report is delivered only to the email address you provide.
Is Seeras CCPA compliant?
Yes. Seeras Technologies LLC complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can opt out of data collection at any time, and the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" option is available in the website footer.
